# Category Permission Issues

### About the Error

This error takes place when your categories' permissions interfere with Ticket Tool:

### Solutions

To solve this you can:

1. Check the category's permission-overrides and ensure none of Ticket Tool's required permissions are denied. The error message will indicate you which permission(s) is causing issues.
2. Select a different category in the [Category Options](https://tickettool.xyz/dashboard/server_id/configs#pc-menu/pc-category) that doesn't restrict Ticket Tool
