# Storage mode error

### About the Error

This error takes place when you have enabled the [Storage Mode](https://docs.tickettool.xyz/dashboard/server-configs#server-storage-options) but did not indicate a category:

### Solutions

To solve this you can:

1. Visit your [Server Configs](https://tickettool.xyz/dashboard/server_id/configs#sc-serverConfigs) and choose a category under **Storage Categories**
