# Invalid Modal

### About the Error

This error usually takes place when you have enabled the [Form Options](https://docs.tickettool.xyz/dashboard/panel-configs/form-options) (Modals) but did not set it up properly

### Solutions

To solve this issue you can:

1. Head to your [Dashboard's Form Options](https://tickettool.xyz/dashboard/server_id/configs#pc-menu/pc-form_create) and ensure the modal has the questions properly configured.
2. If not, add some and then make sure to save changes
