# Thread Permission Error

### About the Error

This error takes place when Thread Style tickets are enabled, and the ticket owner has no access to the parent channel for the thread:

### Solutions

To solve this you can:

1. Grant the Ticket Owner permission to access the parent channel for the thread style tickets.
