This error is caused when Ticket Tool doesn't have the required permissions to manage threads

To solve this you can:

Check Ticket Tool's role permissions and make sure it has Manage Threads enabled
Confirm the thread parent channel you choose in your Thread Style Settings has no override blocking Ticket Tool
